Welcome! My name is Jarand Nøstdahl Julsrud , and I am a singer.

My approach

When I sing, I want to create more than just a musical experience. I want to convey warmth, security and closeness, and let the music lift the moment.

The best feedback I get is precisely that the presentation feels real and that it touches.

Technique and vocal prowess are important tools, but what really matters to me is conveying emotions with honesty and being present in the music.

Repertoire and expression

I am a versatile soloist, and sing classical, musical, Norwegian folk tunes and popular music.

Regardless of the genre, it is important for me to feel at home in the songs I perform, while at the same time respecting the style and expression that goes with it.

Together we will find the songs that best suit the occasion, whether you already know what you want or need help choosing.

Collaboration and customization

I usually collaborate with a pianist or guitarist, but have a wide network of musicians and can put together a program tailored to your wishes.

Whether you want something small and intimate or larger and grand, I tailor the whole thing so that the music becomes a natural part of the experience.
